I have come to accept that a lot of places in Vegas will be AYCE. I don't think I've been to so many AYCE places HAHA
I'm trying to explore Henderson more and found this place! Went in on a Thursday night and they were packed! Luckily there wasn't a wait when we went so my friend and I got to sit right away.
Alright -- the negative part is the MENU, dear lawd! It's so hard to read and it's like organized chaos--I think after a few more times there I probably can read the menu but ... wow that menu is something else.
Rule #1 at AYCE sushi- tackle the premium items first HAHA
Uni: DELICIOUS, I get scared getting uni at AYCE places but they were sweet and delicious
IKURA: not too salty and the eggs were plump
Oysters: YUM absolutely get the oysters
Kaizen offers sashimi on their AYCE menu! Makes me so happy that they do because I'm not too big on sushi rice HAHAHA
My guilty pleasure is something fried at AYCE sushi spots... so I got the orange chicken hehe before you judge me... TRY IT its BOMB and it's the perfect crispy, sweet, salty and heavy item during the sushi overload.
Oh another... one shrimp taco? tosatada? YUM, it has a little spice and I loved it!
A lot of drinks were involved so I was kind of full early on.. I'll be back for more.
Food was great! Ordered To-go & they threw in an extra roll. Definitely would ordered there again soon!
The quality of the fish was fabulous! I really appreciate the mix of foods, including some sashimi options with the ayce. The kalbi was magic. Service was attentive. The place was tidy and quiet. I'll be back!

This is a good place with good food. I ate the ramen and it was so good. The service is efficient, they give my food in a timely manner. This really is a good place to eat.
My boyfriend takes me here every time I come in town to visit! We love this place, the food and service is always the best. This is our go to sushi spot! They have AYCE and the best selection of different kinds of entrees that are included in the AYCE.
I think Kaizen is one of the best AYCE sushi places in Henderson.
Always fast and clean and all the food is super fresh and tasty. I really think 4.2* is underrated.
This was my second time coming there, and I definitely will be back many more times. My favorite part- that they don't overuse rice. Some places you go to- it's a lot of rice and small amount of fish. Opposite at Kaizen. So- thank you!!
My only suggestion will be to change menus. I think font is a bit small and it's a bit cramped. Not a big deal- just a thought.
Also- don't forget to check in on Yelp to get your free glass of beer or shot of sake. I sure enjoyed it!!!
